Do you accept returns?

You may return your purchase for refund within 30 days of receipt. The returned item should look exactly as it did when you received it, in brand new condition that allows resale to another customer. All returned items must be unused, with all product tags attached and all wrapping and packaging in tact. All sales final on clearance items, no returns.

What's the process for returning a purchase?

Step 1: If the purse has a clip-on shoulder strap, it must be unclipped and stowed inside the purse.

Step 2: Place the handbag back inside the plastic bag. Then to protect the beautiful leather, place it inside the black Gun Tote'n Mamas drawstring pouch it came in.

Step 3: Please use the box it came in to return the purse. If unavailable, be sure to choose a box that is large enough to comfortably fit the purse.

Step 4: Enclose a copy of the packing slip with your return. (If the packing slip is unavailable, enclose a note with your order number, name, address, phone number and the style number for the item you are returning.)

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We do not pay return shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable.
