How do I know the status of my order?

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once an order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order.

Can I cancel an order once it's submitted?

If you wish to cancel an order, call us immediately at 847-446-0700 Ext 103 or Ext 105. We will check and we will let you know if we can stop the order. If we are unable to stop the shipment, we are not responsible for return shipping.

I'm ordering a gift. Does your packing slip have prices?

No. The enclosed packing slip has the style number of the item, no price. The boxes we use to ship are not marked as to what is inside the box.

What is the warranty on GTM purses and bags?

Our extensive line of leather concealed-carry purses and bags comes with a one-year limited wear-and-tear warranty, two-year limited warranty on the leather itself and a two-year limited warranty for the shoulder straps. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty only pertains to purses, bags, and products sold by GTM Original's authorized dealers/ retailers as well as our website, gtmoriginal.com.
