What days do you ship?

We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on holidays or on the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 10 AM CST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

How can I tell my order has shipped?

The following business day after your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free ground shipping is available for orders over $100.00 within the continental US. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via 2nd Day Air or Priority Mail. We are unable to accommodate free shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

Do you offer expedited shipping and what is the cost?

Yes. Please note, expedited orders require one business day processing time and will not ship the same day the order was placed.

3 Day Select: Delivery in 3 business days after processing ($29.95)

2nd Day: Delivery in 2 business days after processing ($42.95)

Next Day: Delivery in 1 business day after processing ($80.95)

Charges for express shipments that arrive late are not refundable.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. All international orders ship USPS where available. If USPS is not available, please contact us and we will work together to ship the best way possible.
